Working principle of Flat Blade Rotary Paddle Level Switch Imported Motor
NYZX series resistance rotary material level switch uses permanent magnet motor to run the blade to rotate. As the detected material improves to the blade position, the blade will rotate and be blocked by the probe motor, and the oppsite will be transmitted to the detection device in the juncting box. The detecting device will deliver outsides a switch signal and cut off the power to prevent the blade from spinning. When the material level , the blade resistance disappears, the detecting device will depend on the tension of the spring to get back to situation in the the begining stage, according to different types specific gravity to controlling the spring pulling force, than when the spring tension is adjusted to the strong or the roudaest, whereas adjusted to the weak or the weakest.
